You won’t have to deal with it your whole life if you fight back. Letting yourself think you will have the problem forever is the worst thing you can do. Read this ladies story it should help you.

Rather than medication, you may be better suited to finally get to the root of your anxiety. A counselor or therapist, even pastor, should be able to help to understand what it is you fear and then help you to discover how to overcome it.

Guaranteed. Jesus is the answer. I’ve experienced exactly what you do and the only way I was victorious of this spirit of fear was relying on Jesus and realizing I had the power through Him to overcome.

The bible says that God "does not give us a spirit of fear, but of Power, Love, and a Sound Mind."

If you want a Sound Mind, Jesus is the answer. Pick up your bible and get to know Him. Call out to Him in prayer and He will answer and deliver you.

I promise. But, most importantly He promises. :)

Obviously your level of anxiety will fluctuate with the amount of stress you’re under at any given time in your life. A diagnosed disorder rarely disappears completely. Odds are good you will have to maintain the klonopin off and on for many years as your stress levels change. You will develope coping skills and sometimes you’ll need more, other times less, and longer periods of no medication. But accept the fact that this will be with you to some degree all your life. Good luck.

You can overcome Panic. You just need to learn how to deal with it. I agree with the one person that said you need to figure out what is causing it. Really, what you need to do is figure out your triggers and learn how to either avoid them, or, learn how to live through them.
