Will the ‘strange" feeling go away after marijuana and having panic attack?
19 year old/ male
4 months (smoked in october) have passed that i first smoked marijuana. it was my first time s and smoke a lot for being first. while i was high i then got a panic attack or had a "bad trip" and couldn’t fall asleep, couldn’t stand still, had to keep walking, heart racing. So after that, had a horrible week which was terrible felt not hungry, constipated, throwing up in the morning, depressed and feeling sad, memory all messed up, not wanna do anything. everything felt like a dream like state.
But as the months pass by i started feeling these symptoms little by little less. not entirely gone. some weeks are low plain and no mood. some weeks are a little higher but not to normal self.
4 months have passed and feel good buy sorta 90% not 100% whole. not entirely like myself
will it eventually go away entirely as time passes? any advice in making the feeling go away?
-personal experience or professional advice can be helpful.
dude idk what that joint was laced with but none of those symptoms are normal for pot smokers~hopefully you’ll think twice before you light up again?

I have to say that those symptoms are weird for only smoking once. I had a similar thing happen my first time smoking also but I kept smoking anyway because that’s when i didn’t feel all funky… the symptoms you explained sound like what i went through when i got clean… i think probably just stick it out and you’ll get back to normal… most likely the experience messed w/ your head emotionally or something. I found a website that says that it is rather common for people to start having panic attacks after smoking pot because it resets the level of anxiety the brain can handle. One thing i can say for sure though is don’t go back to it..
