Would it be bad to drink alcohol after taking my anti-anxiety meds and drinking theraflu?
I am close to having a panic attack. I can’t stop thinking, or sleep for that matter. I just want to be able to have some peace before I sleep but nothing is providing it. Would it be bad to drink? What could be the consequences?
The medication I take for my anxiety is called Buspirone.
With buspirone it’s fine ( in moderation )not with theraflu

u can’t take alcohol and anti anxiety medicines together, it can provide additive effects or cause some severe side effects

Ever heard people say "Don’t mix uppers and downers?" That’s what you’re doing. Off the top of my head….. Accelerated heart rate + Increased blood pressure = heart attack?
