Would removing the adrenal glands cure panic attacks?
Since the adrenal glands produce adrenaline, which causes the flight or fight response associated with panic attacks, would removing them cure panic attacks? Do you really need your adrenal glands anyway?
The adrenal glands produce many different hormones which are vital to keeping body chemistry where it should be. Look up Addison’s Disease and you’ll get a picture of what might happen if you removed those glands.

Yes, you really need them. If panic attacks are driving you bananas, do some research on them. They are usually caused by microflora problems which are caused by pathogens, often in addition to toxins which enable the pathogens to over-grow. I see the most common infection causing panic attacks is Bartonella. It can be difficult to test positive for. Many use Fry Labs in Arizona for this test, since they seem to be the best. All labs are not efficient. Consuming foods you are allergic to or even being around things you are allergic to, like even dental fillings, can cause panic attacks as well. Short-term solutions can be to take probiotics and B vitamins like inositol. It appears that B vitamins like inositol are not being made properly by microflora due to pathogens eating up some of this needed microflora. Your local mainstream doctor won’t know any of this. You can learn this from a doctor that treats for autism or a LLMD doctor, since they actually learn how to rid symptoms that mainstream doctors ignore. You should also get really good results from an alternative doctor or naturopath or even a homeopathic practitioner. You can google to find lists of them or websites that help you locate them.

Ha. Yes. Your adrenal glands also control hormone production and are very much required for your body to operate.
The real cure for panic attacks is changing your way of thinking. When you can retrain your brain from negative thoughts to positive ones, you prevent the downward thought spiral which brings on the attacks.
This article explains this technique thoroughly and will help you prevent future panic attacks:
