I get panic attacks alot and I have to go to the barbers tomorrow to have my hair cut, I have not left my house for 4 weeks and when I have my hair cut I am afraid I will get a panic attack
Will taking a celexa tablet help just this once

No-it would probably do the opposite and actually increase your anxiety-you should close your eyes and take deep slow breaths so that you don’t hyperventilate-you should go ahead and see someone. Panic attacks are awful but there is help. I am on Zoloft 100 mg every day and I have not had a panic attack in the 2 years I have been on them. Good luck
